Had late breakfast with my husband today at Kite and Keys on Franklin. This was our first visit and highly recommend. Large portion size (too much food), great taste, cute Americana atmosphere, reasonable prices, and good waitress Grace.
While the establishment has a solid foundation in its food / server area , the toxic management dynamic makes it difficult to recommend. The lack of basic respect shown to employees and the consistently poor demeanor toward customers are issues that management needs to address immediately.
A restaurant's success is defined by more than just its menu; it is defined by the leadership's ability to create a professional, positive, and welcoming atmosphere.
