“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Amber at the Panera on the East Side! Small details really do matter, and there have been plenty of times in the past where something has been missing from my order—even something as simple as a baguette. It might seem small, but sometimes that small thing can really ruin your day.
Today, I watched Amber carefully check every single bag before it went out, and she was catching and correcting things not just for my order, but for other customers as well. It was genuinely nice to see someone take that extra step and care about getting the little things right.
Sometimes we don't realize how much those small efforts are noticed, but they really do go a long way. Thank you, Amber, for taking the time to make sure everyone got what they ordered. Your attention to detail definitely didn't go unnoticed“
“The West Side Panera is my favorite Panera in Evansville. It is always peaceful and calm with great music. The service is extraordinary. I got offered a drink refill while studying today! Just incredible. I love studying and spending time here.“
