Seems like it's under new management. A lot quieter behind the counter. More fries with the order. Biscuit was hard on the bottom. Was told I could only get one dipping sauce with an order of three tenders (asked for two). More than that, I'd have to pay for. I understand cost, but asking for two isn't over-the-top. Especially when the prices are so high here. Usually, this location is busy, but only one other customer inside. This was at noon. Will not return.
The spicy chicken was great. So was the Cajun mashed and gravy. However, they didn't have the pickle lemonade I ordered and the beans and rice was 1/2 full and rice uncooked. The other order didn't even get his sides. My recommendation is to dine-in instead of order pick-up or DOUBLE CHECK before leaving.
My co-workers and I stopped in after work, a little after 3. The person at the counter must have been the crew lead or a manager, but either way, his his customer service was great! The place was clean, our food was fresh and the experience was welcome after an 11 hour day before a 2 hour drive back to our region. Thank you for the food and consideration. Your kindness and great attitude was a nice ending to our day!
