We are from out of state and stopped in to pick up a couple of things. My 2-year-old daughter had a Krispy Kreme balloon tied to her wrist and she (of course) managed to get it off and up, up, up it went. She started ugly crying and a female employee walked up and told my husband she radioed for the scissor lift to be brought over (it was already out on the floor). Before the remodel, this store would have received a beaming 5 � rating. However, finding out that the produce, eggs, dairy, etc storage in the freezers that blow constant Arctic air is permanent, is enough to lower the rating considerably.
