This is the absolute worst Jimmy John’s. I order from this one a lot and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. They always forget something on my sandwich or put something I did not order, they forget sides, don’t cut the sandwiches in half like I request or never give mayo packets I ask for. I came through the drive through and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and no one answered I ended up having to drive to the window and knock on it. The kid that came tot the window was struggling his headset was sitting on the counter instead of his head he said that he was out in a position that he wasn’t ready for. I’m in the food service and regional trainer and I would never have one of my stores in that position you guys need to do better
I’ve never waited so long in a drive-thru for such a sad little sandwich. The food here used to be so much better.
