I placed an order for delivery and 40 min later called to check and they said it was being outsourced and would be 20 min. That time went and passed so an hour and 10 min later I called and told them I would be picking it up in 5 min. I only got credit for my order but had to pay for the rest. I shouldn’t have paid anything on an order that took 1 hour and 20 min especially when the employee there said he was busy filling a $1400 order. Slow, wrong orders, intentionally not putting the right amount of meat & toppings

Had a horrible experience at Green River Rd Store. I left 3 messages with the owner & corporate and nothing has been done. I’ve been told it would be handled and now we are going on 5 weeks and NOTHING has been done to rectify the situation. The employee was digging in his ear and then messing with the food. No gloves or hair net. It made me sick
They don’t care and corporate doesn’t even care. They just pass the buck on.
