“Clearly Venti means something different now.. waited 30 plus mins when I went inside to get my drink. Then after 5-6 people came an went inside & thru the drive thru they said what are you waiting on. I said VENTI mocha cookie crumble & waited another 5 mins to be given the wrong drink size. I should have said something there but it probably would have taken another 5 mins for a new drink. I was done by this point an walk out. Very disappointed with my visit today. An if you ask anyone I love my starbucks coffee. I guess this is what I get for treating myself.“

“I was st Starbucks at Target earlier today. Brandy and Aurora were extremely friendly and professional. Brandy took the time to explain what is in the new drinks. She gave me a taste of oat milk since I'd never tasted it. They are wonderful employees to represent Starbucks. I'll return again!Mary “

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and sliding doors going into the building and the Starbucks doesn’t have doors so it would be easy to get a wheelchair in here.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in the Evansville area. The staff are all so nice and friendly and their drinks are always perfectly made. The barista Hanen is very kind. I choose to park and go into Target even if all I want is coffee because the regular Starbucks right by it is so busy and not as friendly.“
“2-16-2025, Great service as always, mainly I am leaving this review to hope that an employee gets noticed for his courageous actions. I didn't catch his first name but I believe he said his last name was Wheeler. Maybe I spelled it wrong. The girls were very busy and were being bullied by a male customer who was insulting them, one girl was even in tears. This employee stood up for the young girls and asked the customer to leave several times. These are the kind of employees a company should want and he showed great leadership skills. Well done Mr. Wheeler. ( not sure I spelled the last name correct) I hope that a manager notices his dedication to his team. The customers are thankful for these kind of employees. Great job Starbucks team :)“
“Victoria just helped us and went the extra mile to make me and my moms experience awesome. She didn't find the name of the drink my mom wanted but after giving us our drinks she asked if it tasted right. My mom said it was a little off and she fixed it right away and made it just the way my mom likes it.This girl deserves a raise!!“

SERVICE - 4 STARS
The store manager gets 5 stars. She walked around greeting the customers with an upbeat personality and a friendly smile, making everyone’s visit a very inviting and welcoming experience. “GREAT LEADERSHIP!” (Even though she looks to be very pregnant) ?
The baristas get 3 stars. My drink was very good. However, the baristas were not interactive or very friendly with customers. Lucky I wasn’t in a hurry to be anywhere because it took a little longer than I expected to get my drink.
ATMOSPHERE - 4 STARS
The stores appearance gets 5 stars for its cleanliness and the organization of products.
The atmosphere also gets a 3 star, due to a few of the server's unprofessionalism. No one wants to sit in the lobby and overhear you complain about how you do not like your job, and bad mouthing your coworkers. Grow up or go get another job if you’re not happy! Food service is not for everyone.

It could have been 5 stars. But it seems as though there is no one who wants to work hard and be a loyal employee anymore. I’ve been in management before. There’s only so much you can do. You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make them drink.“
“Just left there and there were two women and a manager, the baristas not working drive through took my order, was very polite, professional, and personable, made me laugh and smile which is hard to do when I just woke up and groggy and yet she made my day. I just moved to Evansville from Indianapolis and have not been having great experiences but the crew members tonight definitely made my night and worth my while to come back to there store again for great service!“
