“Clearly Venti means something different now.. waited 30 plus mins when I went inside to get my drink. Then after 5-6 people came an went inside & thru the drive thru they said what are you waiting on. I said VENTI mocha cookie crumble & waited another 5 mins to be given the wrong drink size. I should have said something there but it probably would have taken another 5 mins for a new drink. I was done by this point an walk out. Very disappointed with my visit today. An if you ask anyone I love my starbucks coffee. I guess this is what I get for treating myself.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in the Evansville area. The staff are all so nice and friendly and their drinks are always perfectly made. The barista Hanen is very kind. I choose to park and go into Target even if all I want is coffee because the regular Starbucks right by it is so busy and not as friendly.“
“The employees are so nice and helpful and get the drinks out so fast!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and sliding doors going into the building and the Starbucks doesn’t have doors so it would be easy to get a wheelchair in here.“
“Victoria just helped us and went the extra mile to make me and my moms experience awesome. She didn't find the name of the drink my mom wanted but after giving us our drinks she asked if it tasted right. My mom said it was a little off and she fixed it right away and made it just the way my mom likes it.This girl deserves a raise!!“
“A pretty average Starbucks, only downside was the lack of internet. This Starbucks is attached to a hotel but is in the heart of Evansville downtown. I go almost always when heading to work. They have seating and normally it's pretty calm and a good place to study. I'm a very autistic person who is sensitive to noise and I've only found issues with this location during busy morning rush. But as long as you have data and a hotspot for your computer your good“
“I used to come here so often, they used to recognize me when I walked in the door. These days, I'm back to being incognito but always get quick, friendly service. Just wish it wasn't so pricey since I only get basic drinks like decaf coffee or a Chai latte.“
“So, at first 3 of my 4 drinks were made incorrectly. And of course my coworker who I sent to get the drinks did not know what they should've looked like. I called Jodie the manager and she said she could give me a refund, I just had to come in to the store because they cannot do it over the phone. I had to come in the next day and when I did she was so kind and refunded me for the incorrect drinks and even covered the 2 drinks I was getting that day. I do come here quite a bit (at least 3-4 times a week) and this was the first time my drinks were made incorrectly.“
“Just left there and there were two women and a manager, the baristas not working drive through took my order, was very polite, professional, and personable, made me laugh and smile which is hard to do when I just woke up and groggy and yet she made my day. I just moved to Evansville from Indianapolis and have not been having great experiences but the crew members tonight definitely made my night and worth my while to come back to there store again for great service!“
