“I stopped at the Wendy's on Lincoln before work lastnight and the young man named DJ at the window had great customer service. I will say I was disappointed that the chicken nuggets I got were old & cold after waiting in line for 10 minutes.“
“I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Wendy's. The team and manager are very friendly. I made a mistake with my mobile order and asked to wait curbside for pickup. I received an unexpected call while leaving the restaurant; I didn't get the order, which was my fault. The next day, I asked if I could get a partial refund or a free sandwich, explaining the situation to a team member, which I didn’t expect. They offered to remake my entire order at no cost, even when I tried to add extras and pay for them, but they said the whole order was free. Although this was a small transaction, their kind act made me feel truly valued and satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant; my experience is worth sharing. Love Wendy’s.“
“I got here for lunch while at work quite frequently. Service is normally pretty good and fast. Food is always good. I dont really have any complaints I could say about this Wendy's. Definitely a good spot to pop in and grab a bite if you're in the area.“
