“This place is a Fishers institution, my family has been going here since the first week they opened, and not much has changed in nearly 2 1/2 decades. One small buffet line means that everything stays fresh and consistent, which is a big plus even if you’re someone who normally wants more variety. “It may sound odd, but I was so happy that the food presentation actually matched the pictures!

We went here for a Friday dinner. The parking lot was packed because of the restaurant next door, but we found a spot and went inside. This being my first time trying Indonesian food, I wasn't really sure what to expect since my only experiences with it were on YouTube videos. We ordered the Duck, Red Snapper, Lumpia, Bala - Bala, a Mango Latte, and Ube pancake for desert.

Since Indonesian food is complex to prepare, I expected to be here for a couple of hours. I was flabbergasted at how quickly the food actually came out! Everything was awesome. The the complex flavors, the homemade toppings on the rice, the small seasoning dishes; you could tell a lot of effort wen into preparing our food, and the presentation was immaculate.

I'm not sure where to begin about the food since it was all so good. What I will say, is you absolutely have to have the Ube Pancake (Ube Martabak Manis). It blew our minds!

The crab Rangoons are the best I've ever had, and they are served with a sweet chili sauce. Friendly people. Chef Frank sent mochi ice cream to our table when he found out it was our anniversary. I don't take food back to work, I enjoy a break. I said my order was to eat there, I got it in a bag, no napkins or plasticware. They had plastic wear available, kid sized forks, ridiculous. Never could get a napkin. Too bad, it could have been a good lunch spot. They have a decent seating area.“
