Culver's Reviews
I know fast food places are changing their menus to adjust to the shortages and loss of vendors, however I thought Culver’s might be different. It’s not! Got single cheeseburgers for dinner and they had huge buns and thin not so tasty meat.
At least a 10 minute wait for a single scoop of ice cream, every time! Then it’s usually a half melted half portion by the time you do get anything. This location has been horrible for service for quite some time now, and makes me cringe when my kids request it for dinner/dessert.
I wouldn't recommend working at this place let alone eat there. Family oriented?? What a joke! My boyfriend went there and got met at the door by Paul, Assistant Manager who refused to let him in. A Manager.. refusing customer service!!! Seriously!! They discriminated against my boyfriend because he has special needs and was let go by Josh Bowman for no reason !! Culver's serves well-prepared and fresh food with courteous and fast service. The restaurant is very clean, even during the lunch rush, and offers a comfortable dining area. It is very consistent and reasonably priced, making it a good choice for many customers. The establishment is wheelchair accessible and easy to get in and out of, with tables that accommodate wheelchairs. The restaurant has a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of classic burger drive-ins, and offers great burgers, including the popular Butter Burger served in a basket. The onion rings are also highly praised, with some customers calling them the best they've found. Staff are friendly and welcoming to children, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. However, parking can be a bit tricky due to the drive-through layout. Some customers noted that the cheese curds can sometimes be disappointing, as some have no cheese inside and are considered too expensive for what they are. Overall, Culver's is a clean, friendly spot for a delicious meal that brings back memories of the good old days.
