Just a few short years ago, Havana was well maintained, with a large fully stocked humidor with quality cutting tools. I recently visited and was quite taken a back by how far it has slid. The facilities in the mens room were of poor maintenance, the humidor had a very slim selection, the cutting tools were cheap and provided a ragged cut, the waitress was inattentive, and the drinks were largely over priced and inconsistent. Great experience relaxing with my bestie while my husband and cousin enjoyed a cigar. Will definitely be back soon!
We made a reservation to eat dinner, however, we were seated in chairs with a coffee table. By the time you put 8 waters and 8 cocktails on the table, it leaves very little room for anything else. In addition, the staff at the entry way were rude and dismissive, and borderline obnoxious with the reminders about how long you can stay.
