My mom wanted a “chocolate elephant trunk” for Mother’s Day but I live in TN so the manager Alicia helped make it happen. Now my mom and the residents and staff at her nursing home have yummy treats!
Terrible customer service - employees were making faces at us after locking door and turning off open sign 20 minutes before they were closed. Hours of operations aren’t truthful and employees are rude and incredibly unprofessional (almost childish). Will not be returning
When the new owners took over the place, I usually go there in the late afternoon/evening to get a dozen, majority of the time they had a good variety. The last 5 times I went (5 weeks), they were out of everything almost. They need to start making more Donuts ! Im getting really annoyed and tired of going there not having my favorites!
