Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience.
When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK.
Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application.

Just came on here to give the manager of this location a huge shoutout. This evening while at dinner we had the rudest woman sitting behind us. I mean she was the LEADER of all “Karen’s”. The way she spoke to the young girl who brought her food out and treated her had my blood boiling. The manager handled the situation amazing and she DEFENDED HER EMPLOYEE, as a manager should. Curbside pickup is an utter joke! Waited outside for 10 minutes after callling in and was told our order would be right out. Went inside 4 people standing around not doing anything and our order was ready on the counter.
