McDonald's offers consistent service and food quality, with friendly and efficient employees providing a pleasant experience. While some customers find the food assembly lacking care, the overall service remains reliable. With over 20 years of positive experiences, this McDonald's location has fast service and hot food, generally meeting customer expectations. Recently, the restaurant has undergone a complete renovation, resulting in a new building. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the new design, noting a tiny counter for ordering and a reduced number of tables. There are also concerns about the quality, freshness, and accuracy of the food. Despite these issues, some diners still enjoy the food, mentioning items like fries and apple pies. Background music has also received criticism, with requests for more uplifting tunes. Overall, while this McDonald's location delivers a familiar experience, it faces challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.
