The margaritas were fantastic as was the service! Will be back!
The restaurant has such a fresh menu. Order two guacamolies as its to die for. The atmosphere is just wonderful. The margaritas are perfect with fresh lime. The fried pickles are crispy and just the right amount of dill. The Fajitas were very flavorful, had a great smokiness and the meat was very tender. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes. Especially the Prime Rib. Belterra doesn't do anything half way and that's why you'll be back again & again.

The Salted Lime is located in what was the buffet area of Belterra Casino. It is a new restaurant but still looks like the buffet , the area has just been adapted to house the new restaurant. Our server, Sam, was outstanding, even though he had to deal with a small rush of patrons while we were there. The food was surprisingly flavorful and came out quick.
