all of our food was cold. called about it told to come back for refund.
when I went back the manager yelled at me locked the window door and refused to speak to me. I came home called back ,said it's my problem not theirs
I generally like Arby's. This one was out of roast beef, and they could ALL use a drive thru speaker upgrade.
