Don’t be fooled by the “free cake on your anniversary” aspect of the contract. Our 1yr anniversary was so dry and had absolutely no flavor. So disappointed and would have rather had those servings on our wedding day and kept the cake frozen. Freezer cake would have been better.
This is so disappointing my son and wife go here to indulge in your guys amazing treats. We decided since the chocolates were so delicious that their cakes would be too, unfortunately we were wrong our funfetti pickachu cake we had gotten for our sons birthday was dry and crunchy and inedible for the price we payed we expected better. No one at my son's birthday enjoyed it was quite sad. Sorry to say we won't be returning.
Even with a tight turn around, they pulled off a great cake! I personally hate fondant and they made sure to limit their use of it on the cake.
Though I was disappointed that there wasn’t a spice cake option, as my favorite flavor is cinnamon, the pecan pie cake was delicious!
Everyone loved the cake and it made our session that more special.

Cassandra's Taste of Sweets is a great place to visit. The restaurant has a delicious cheesecake cup with cherries and Oreo, red velvet cheesecake brownie, and Oreo cheesecake slice. They also have phenomenal cookies, peach cobbler, cakes, biscuits and gravy, and southern style desserts like banana pudding. The staff is lovely, friendly, and considerate. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Cassandra's Taste of Sweets also caters desserts for events and works seamlessly with clients to plan exactly what they want. The communication is quick and on point. The food is amazing, with buttery biscuits and great desserts. The store is very nice and the owner is nice too. Cassandra's Taste of Sweets is a required stop for future visits and is highly recommended. They are a local small business and are worth supporting. The only downside is that they are not open as much as some customers would like.
