I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!

The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.

This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!“

“Went here for a quick bite after work and it was pretty decent overall. The place was clean and the staff seemed friendly even though it was kinda busy. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and fries — the food came out hot and fresh, which was nice. The burger had good flavor, not too greasy, and the fries were crispy. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot when I just wanted something quick and easy. Would probably come back again if I’m in the area.“

Parking: Parkinglot on the Frontline & drive thru side I can't get around right now alot of people like DQ, SO I'M THINKING it's partly that reason.“

“Always a good experience. They work hard! One time I was here after work to get a little snack, and the service was a little bit slow, BUT i was there at about 3-ish, between the lunch and dinner rushes, so they were probably just a little understaffed. My food was good and fresh!“

“I went through the drive-through tonight to get my favorite pumpkin pie blizzard - and I asked the young lady about the maple cookie shake, she made me laugh out loud!!! She was so funny and enthusiastic about how Deeeee- licous it was!!! Like maple syrup, but the buttery kind! Her adorable enthusiasm made by night!!!

“I just have to share this because this worker deserves so much more. A young lady a few nights ago walked into lobby to announce that it was closed while a few customers were inside (i was inside there with my grandparents and mom at the time). Understanding that when something closes it CLOSES, we left. She was extremely polite about it all. She told us that since the weather was extremely nice we were always welcome to use the patio. A woman at a nearby booth or table was extremely rude to her about it all, even after letting the customer stay there for longer. Let the workers do their job and when a store closes you leave!!“
