The server, Aerie, brought me wrong meal entirely, then was flipped about it. I ask for 14oz prime, medium rare, with macaroni and cheese, salad. I got a 10 ounce medium prime with mashed potatoes and a salad. To make it up with me, they brought me a small piece of extra prime rib to add onto the piece that was on my plate too make up the difference. That was inappropriate. I had to ask for a macaroni and cheese again. The other guest at table were upset with service too. Plus, she took forever to bring the bill then messed billing up

The Factory is a clean, strangely cozy restaurant. The front of house staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The servings are very generous, beautifully plated, and well worth how much they cost. The vibe and ambiance is well thought out. The historic photos add so much charm and story to the location and our city. Additionally, the seating is comfortable.Vegetarian options: Menu was not great at navigation what selections were vegetarian or what could easily become veg.Dietary restrictions: Menu is difficult to tell if an option meets dietary restrictions.Gluten free buns are available on request.

Food sat so long it was just warm not hotTook long time between salad & meal.
Tonya took care of us tonight and did amazing! The only downside was a 45 minute wait at 7pm on a Saturday night, but even then, it was worth the wait. The steaks were amazing. Tonya got all ofour refills promptly and she was constantly peeking around the corner to check k on us to see if we were good without buggingus! She was kind and on top of it the entire night! 10/10 for Tonya!!

The food is great a nice variety of choices from the menu. Mixed drinks are great! I was with a large group of people, maybe 14 of us and the food came out at the same time, our server was friendly and on point.Vegetarian options: They have a beyond burger, veggies, salads.
Waitress was attentive but not interruptive... perfect table for what we needed. I had the Salmon with the Hollendaise on the side because I'm gluten-free and the salmon was delicious! The coffee could have been hotter for my personal preference, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
