I absolutely adore the workers at this location. The service is always wonderful and the customer service is always great. I genuinely love seeing them and starting the day of positive with a delicious iced coffee and hash browns for my kiddos! The management there is outstanding with how they have managed the place and the workers 👏🏼
Tried to order on the app twice in the past two weeks. The app shows they are out of a lot of milks, drinks, items in general. Went in person the same day and they had everything. Please fix the app.
My mom and I walked in and were not greeted at all. After standing at the counter for 2 minutes watching employees looking me in my eyes and not speaking or asking my mom if we need help. I had to use the kiosk to oder our drinks but I can remove or add what I want in my drink on it. So my drink was made wrong. I was force to use my cars when I wanted to pay cash.
