How long does one have to wait for a refill? Bring back the machines out. Please give better customer service in that aspect. Waited a very long time to even be attended when I was by the counter, and then on top of that waited even longer for my actual refill. That's ridiculous. Is your goal to not have customers come inside so you have less work to do? That's what it seems like to me.
Lately this McDonald's has really been great. For a while there, the workers were all rude. The food is always good.Update: still not happy with this location.
