Dunkin has been my place for 3 straight months, and then off for another 3. And so on. Good coffee, good prices. Ok donuts.
The best Dunkin’ team in town! They are always friendly to me and know me by name. Even when they’re short staff they manage to have a smile on their face and try to accommodate everyone that walks through the door. Thank you for all you do!
Do NOT blame these 5 teenagers for trying to run a Saturday morning brunch shift alone.
Where is management? Where is the extra hands? Extra crew? This is a direct reflection on poor management. These kids worked their hardest to provide subpar food and service and it was all without their control. Do better management, where were (are) you??

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience for customers. While the location is nice with ample parking and seating, including a comfortable couch area, the quality of the coffee can be inconsistent. On one occasion, the iced coffee was not up to par, though the staff typically make the coffee well. The staff are generally friendly and professional, with one new employee named Dresden being particularly helpful. However, the restaurant lacks keto-friendly options, which some customers desire. When an order is made incorrectly, the management responds well, as demonstrated by the manager Betsey, who handled the situation professionally and offered to remake the entire order. Overall, Dunkin' provides a decent experience, with room for improvement in certain areas.
