Great customer service!!! I think she said her name was Krista she was so understanding!! I ordered to the wrong location and she was so sweet to make it at this one and have the other location cancel their order💕
Dining room is not open people have tried to go inside since the drive thru line is so long.
Been coming here for years, always friendly! Emma, Sophia, and Nathaniel provided me with great service all with smiles. Can’t ask for more.

When an order is made incorrectly, the management responds well, as demonstrated by the manager Betsey, who handled the situation professionally and offered to remake the entire order. Overall, Dunkin' provides a decent experience, with room for improvement in certain areas.
