Great food and serving sizes
Service is slow. Waited more than 10 min and never got any service, we walked out.
Not first time, last time we sat at bar and waitress took a long time to get our drink order and food order. I’ve been too many first watch restaurants never had this bad of service. I will tell my friends and family not to go to Illinois location in ft Wayne

First Watch offers a Modern twist to an Ole country feel with several options to dine on. The food is fantastic, very fresh and bright, and everything tastes like it was made with quality ingredients. The Bacado Omelet, million dollar potatoes, and Chimichurri Steak & Eggs (over medium) Hash are delicious. The eggs are perfect, with fully cooked whites and a runny yolk, and the chimichurri sauce has just a touch of heat. The Pineapple Express drink is just the right sweetness, and the pineapple coconut seasonal drink is a highlight. The Chile Chorizo omelette is amazing, and the Trifecta is a perfect combo. The coffee is strong, not bitter, and very good. Service is excellent, with attentive and kind servers who answer all questions and bring samples to help decide. The location is clean, but the noise level needs a little sound control. There can be a 30-minute wait to be seated, and the seating process may need streamlining to reduce congestion. The cost is approximately $20 per person, well worth it.
