“All in all a nice place to go and grab a bite. It is a small building, so when a woman sat next to me wearing to much perfume it ruined my appetite. But before that, our waiter was very kind and kept my coffee topped. The food was good, I had the country fried steak. It was nicely breaded, seasoned well and the gravy complimented it wonderfully.“

Sunrise has always been a great spot for breakfast, but just keeps getting better. Food is great, staff is great, and patrons are always fun. Do yourself a favor and visit on the weekend so you can try the chilaquiles!“

We have been traveling a bit and have a long day ahead of us and this was a great stop on our journey. This was the Happy Pancake with a side of scrambled eggs a sausage link and a slice of bacon and it was good! 😋“

I usually go to the Lima Road location in Fort Wayne, but since I was getting off work in Huntington, this spot was much closer—and one of the few places open that late. I arrived right at 2:00 AM and was the only customer there. Within about a minute, a cook seated me, and my waitress greeted me shortly after.

I ordered my usual Pepsi, which came out immediately, and then placed my order. I tend to stick with the same thing at IHOP—the breakfast sampler—but this time I swapped the eggs and pancakes for extra hashbrowns and added a side of smoked sausage links and pork sausage patties.

The hashbrowns were a bit overcooked for my taste, but that’s more of a personal preference and something I could’ve mentioned when ordering. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and really tasty. My food arrived by 2:15 AM, so the service was quick and efficient.

My waitress was friendly, checked on me multiple times, and even offered me a drink to go. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.

Overall, I’d give this location a 9/10 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good, affordable food with fast service.“

The host Cameron is a true gentleman and he made my heart happy. Our waitress Morgan was top shelf and made us feel like we were family.
