“This restaurant is excellent. It is not one of those dirty old tired places that exist everywhere. It is very clean! Even the bathrooms. I am a very frequent diner and this is top tier. We are visiting Elkhart and went there 3 times. Each time the service was good and so the food was too. A lot of naturally sourced ingredients.
Not loaded with salt. You can always add it but you can't take it away.
Super friendly staff and owner. Food is really good. I had a big breakfast the first time. Bacon was crispy. Hash browns good. Eggs cooked as requested and the pancake was good too. Second time I had a standard egg and. Bacon and toast. Done right
Third time lunch. Had the philly chicken. Huge portions with a hearty soup and fries. More that 2 of us could eat but tasty with plenty of green peppers and sauteed onion. I will be back.“

“Electric went out after I got my food, but before paid. Electric came back on but was waiting a while for registers to reboot and come on. I didn’t have cash and only card. Thanks to manager he had waitress tell me it was free and I could go.“
