“I was visiting Elkhart Indiana for a few weeks and I wanted a home cooked Texas size/style breakfast meal with coffee, eggs, hash browns, gravy and a pancake. This place definitely delivers. The building is modern and clean. The service I received from Britney was amazing. The coffee was fresh and hot and unending. I ordered “The Factory Omelette” with bacon, sausage, jalapeño, onions, cheddar cheese, sausage gravy. Too my surprise and delight it came with a choice of potatoes and toast or pancakes. I took the hash browns and pancakes. AMAZING! The food was definitely made from scratch, served hot with a hot syrup. This place definitely delivers and is a must visit!“

“We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server! She was incredibly attentive and made sure my coffee was never empty. What really stood out was how kind and patient she was with my kids—she took the time to answer every single one of their questions. 5/5 service, we will definitely be back“

“Electric went out after I got my food, but before paid. Electric came back on but was waiting a while for registers to reboot and come on. I didn’t have cash and only card. Thanks to manager he had waitress tell me it was free and I could go.“
