“We originally planned on grabbing Mexican food at a nearby chain restaurant, but the moment we walked in, it had the same stale smell and understaffed vibe it always seems to have. So instead, we decided to try La Esperanza for the first time — and I’m so glad we did. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean it smelled. The space is welcoming, nicely decorated, and filled with cool decor and plants that make it feel authentic and warm. The staff was incredibly sweet and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. The food? Amazing. I ordered the authentic steak tacos and a hibiscus margarita, and both were absolutely perfect. Great flavor, great portions, and really fair prices. They also have a surprisingly large kids’ menu, which is a huge plus for families. Truly a hidden gem — we’ll definitely be back!“

“We got there very late in horrible weather, but the brewery was was still very full of patrons. So I semise this estsblishment has a local following. The inside esthetics were a bit tired, but it still works. The beer menu was varied witch was a pleasant surprise, not all IPAs.Took home a crowler of the Blonde. U have family close by so we will most likely be back in the future.“

The staff especially the bar tender named Michael who took time to explain in detail the drink menu and other things he could make were amazing . the ribeye steak was one of the best I’ve had as it was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly . “Very good authentic Mexican food, definitely better than Taco Bell or any Americanized taco places. Their pork tamales and steak tacos were exceptional and they came with a large portion of Mexican rice and refried beans. This was our second time there and we have been telling everyone about them.“

Conversations are very easy to carry on. A very special mention I must make is that Angie is the best of the best! Dianna is second on this list. The owners are very knowledgeable and always eager to help you find any system. Their hours are super. Check this business out for sure.“

“I ordered a Greg's Special 12 inch pizza. It is a bit much for one person so I gave some away. As usual the pizza is exceptional. Fast call ahead service. The staff always appear well trained and professional. Sandwiches are inexpensive and delicious.“

Really well cooked, seasoned food, Ive tried several of their dishes. If you’re coming here ask for an uber, you’ll be so full you won’t be able to get up from your seat.“

“If you haven’t tried Chins Star in a while give them a shot. The food was all fresh and very flavorful! They adjusted their recipe for my wife’s many allergies. China Star was a staple when I was a kid and they are back. Great job!! We will be back.“

“Server took forever (Elkhart location) to take our order... almost 25 min. (Place was not busy at all) we kept having to go and get someone for any kind of refill... Chips & salsa, drinks.. she would only put them on 1 edge of the table and call out what they were. (We were at a round table, not a booth) food was tasty.“
