I'm assuming this location is short staffed currently. I came in last night to order an appetizer, wings and a beer. We sat at the bar and we're greeted within 2-3 minutes so that was good. She got our beer order, checked out ID's and had them back to us within 3-4 minutes. Again, no problem. We waited about 10-12 minutes before she came back to get our food order. I will struggle to go back. Haven't been there since June due to the same situation as today. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. 3 groups stood there at the same time. A CUSTOMER who was leaving walked back towards bar let them know people were waiting and told those standing there. When hostess finally came she was not welcoming at all. Service was okay. As soon as we got into the building, we had to wait nearly 20 mins to be seated. The restaurant was basically empty and quiet.. There was nobody at the front seating.
