Went there in a Friday night. Restaurant side was half full. Took awhile to get our drink orders. We ordered appetizers and that took even longer. By the time we got our food and paid, we were there over 2 hours. Listening to employees, they were short staffed on servers and kitchen help. Managers just standing around.
Side note, food was not hot, just warm.
What used to be great place to go has really gone down hill.
Maria at the Elkhart location is awesome! She's so friendly and always has a smile. Shes the best! you have a real asset with her.
We got seated at 6:45. Took over an hour to get out food, or server told us even a manager was in there helping. We were patient. Food finally come out, my food is wrong, my husband's grilled burritos are ice cold. our server was great and we know it wasn't her fault but this was ridiculous.
