“I walked north from St. Mary’s College and this place was the busiest. Plenty of employees so the service was pretty fast. Good selection. I ordered the gyro platter and found it good tasting and plenty of food. Dining room was clean. On my walk back, it was still the busiest restaurant.“

“We were on our weekend road trip and we stopped at the Fiddlers Hearth on Friday, May 15, 2026 around 9pm EST. It was a bustling night, but our server was wonderful. He was very attentive and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. My friend and I both had super delicious meals. They have a wide variety of different Irish dishes and we were not disappointed. Finding little places to stop when driving instead of fast food pit stops on the highway is always much preferable. “We came here on 05/14/26 for a nice dive. And that is exactly what it is. We decided not to eat as seeing the food coming out. We can’t comment on the taste but many people ordered and seemed happy. Service was good to very good. Atmosphere is definitely dive. The drinks were mediocre. I would advise not to order anything complex over a 1 liqueur drink. All in all not a bad place to just chill. Crowd seemed great.“

“I had the Szechuan beef and the chicken wings. Everything was delicious. The staff was fast and friendly, and even offered me more rice. Their prices are very well. In fact their lunch menu is less expensive than most fast food carryout lunches and definitely a lot more healthy for you.“

The owners Linda and Warren are Amazing Hosts as well as the Staff. Everyone is treated like family whether you’re a first timer or a regular. “I was driving in from out of state and since my husband has reminisced about Kmart subs for YEARS, I thought I would stop by Scoobies to pick some up to bring home to him. Unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, the owner so graciously offered to COME IN and make subs for me!! I couldn't believe it! Incredible customer service and my husband said the Kmart subs were DELICIOUS and SPOT ON. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me bring back a memory for him. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!“

“We visited Salsa’s tonight for dinner. Luis was an amazing waiter! He was very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. He brought refills on drinks without us asking, gave us lots of extra napkins since we were dining with our toddler, and even gave her a toy! The food was delicious as well. Highly recommend!“

“Soo I went grocery shopping at aldi’s in Niles today, and we were starving so we googled what was the best place in Niles Michigan to get food? The first place that popped up for me was the Iron Shoe Distillery. Sooooo we looked up the food it looked amazing on the website so of course we pick this spot. I have never order food from here nor had we ever ate from here before, and all i have to say wow! You guys this food was absolutely amazing. I will absolutely be going back there for more food this time we will go and sit down in person. The lady that served me god I wish I asked her name but did not.. but she was soooo sweet she even offered me a water while I waited for them to finish up our food. I can tell this place is well loved and these people seem to make this little corner of this town a little bit brighter and a little more special. If you have been looking for a new spot for you and your family to get food I highly recommend this place. Thank You guys for feeding my family with amazing food.“

“Usual group on a planned lunch heading from Ohio to Illinois. Were unaware we were limited to brunch buffet before 14:30 on Sunday - turned out to be an amazing mistake! Over a dozen choices served as small plates, as well as a selection of deserts. Fantastic juevos rancheros, as well as veggie omelets, pancakes, fresh fruits, salads, pizza, sliders, and more. Great fun to try so many bite-sized dishes!“

“Tonight, my husband and I dined at Rocky River tap and table, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the tone for an enjoyable evening. I started with a Bloody Mary, which was perfectly spiced and refreshing. For dinner, I chose the Bison meatloaf with bourbon, demi-glaze, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. The flavors were rich, comforting, and balanced, making every bite memorable. My husband opted for the chicken pot pie, and it was equally delicious with a flaky crust, hardy filling, and packed with flavor. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The attention to detail, cozy ambiance, And excellent service made the night feel special. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu! Highly recommended!“
