“I was passing through town and found this place via Google search, and I'm glad I did! The staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly (Zara, my server, was excellent!). Even the owner was happy to stop and talk about culture and cuisine. I had a few pieces of a la carte sashimi and then a sushi/sashimi combo. All of the fish was very fresh and properly sized. I would have like to see a bit broader offerings (kizame, ama ebi) that were on par with the quality of the fish, but overall I was very happy and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to try the red snapper soup!“

Had the French dip and French onion soup, it was very tasty! My girlfriend had the prime rib special and which was also very tasty! Super tender.

Such a cool, slick environment. A good cocktail as well.

“Went on Tuesday for the breaded tenderloin special ($4.99). We needed 2 to go and ate 2 in the restaurant. We were surprised to hear they charge full price ($10.99) for the 2 we took home since we did eat in the restaurant as well. I understand the up-charge for strictly carry out, but we ate there as well. The BPT (breaded pork tenderloin) was really good, we would recommend and will go back.“

“I was in Goshen on business and stopped in for breakfast. It was crowded so knew it had to be a local favorite and should be good. First of all, the coffee was amazing, but the eggs were so fresh, large portions and don't get me started on those pancakes!! I have a feeling that anything on that menu will be fabulous! “You'll be glad you stopped. Wonderful little roadside diner. Quaint 'home town' experience. The place hasn't changed much at all in 50 years. The food came to the table piping hot and in a timely manner. The service was very good, cheerful and attentive checking on us at regular intervals but not too frequently. If you have a little bit of a wait, they have a playground and beach there for the kiddos! There’s even outdoor restrooms available if needed.
