“Be Well has turned into a second family for me! Not only do they make amazing smoothies, shakes and teas, but they are kind and considerate.I went in for the first time in February for a Cardio Drumming class and have not stopped going in since. Dance fit has been added and I try to not miss these classes either! Both classes are a great workout but can be modified if need be.If you need a place to get fit, have a shake, have a break or just talk and make new friends, then this is the place for you! I love all of my new friends that I have made and am so thankful for their non-stop support they have given me!“

“Service here is Astounding! Food is Flame! Loved all of it from the cookies and crumble stout to the chocolate peanut butter desert. The vibe here is always poppin and lively. Great place to stop and take a Break and socialize and be around people even if you go alone you will find what resonates with you here.“
