IHOP provides a dining experience with varying service levels but consistently serves delicious food. Guests often find quick service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a good choice for any meal. Some visits have featured exceptional waitstaff who are kind and considerate, with attentive service that includes never having an empty glass. However, experiences can differ; some customers found the restaurant small and loud, with food that was just below average. Additionally, issues with curbside pickup and app functionality have been reported, causing inconvenience and delays. Despite these occasional problems, many visitors still enjoy the tasty dishes and appreciate the efforts of the staff, especially when the service is attentive and friendly.
