The only issue I ever have here is deciding between a latte or a fizzer. Easily the best lattes in the area. It's what gets me out of bed sometimes on those early mornings I have to head out and can't make coffee at home. (Sometimes I pretend I don't have time so I can stop here instead), it's also a must for any day my husband and I run errands.
My only complaint is I don't care for app they rolled out. I preferred the punch card.

This is me and my wife's favorite spot to go. The customer service is always superb. The coffee is always very fresh hot and delicious. Their food is always the same way. Can't say enough good things about them. If I can give them 10 stars I would would recommend anyone to go here. This is the best coffee around.

I love this location and the coffee is good. The order accuracy however is an issue. Even after telling the baristas that they usually get my order wrong and to please listen carefully, they still get it wrong. I usually order a coconut flavored americano with half and half. Sometimes they give me an Americano with half cream and half coconut milk. Sometimes they give me a black Americano with half caf. Sometimes they give me an Americano with just coconut milk.
They rarely give me what I ordered.
I think they just need some retraining on how to ask clarifying questions and repeat orders back. I will return here again because I like the coffee but I'm just going to have to come inside to order I guess.

im visiting from out of state and wanted to try a local coffee shop. they got my order wrong and didnt even ask if i wanted my receipt or read my order back to me. i understand mistakes happen , i work in the food industry , but when i let another employee know the order was wrong she seemed rude about it and the employees just seemed like they didnt even want to be there and looked super annoyed. i will say the coffee was good so i might visit a different location next time. cinnamon roll was ok just a little pricey
Five Lakes is my favorite coffee chain. I love their iced lattés (with oat milk), plain or with flavor added. My favorite flavor is vanilla caramel. Their extra large is a really nice size! They also have really good iced tea, and they have a nice selection of teas to choose from. Their muffins are also great!

Five Lakes coffee is very good! Strong bold flavor with everything and anything you get. The cold brew is beyond smooth. I love that you can actually taste the coffee in whatever you get. Their breakfast sandwiches are also very good.
