im visiting from out of state and wanted to try a local coffee shop. they got my order wrong and didnt even ask if i wanted my receipt or read my order back to me. i understand mistakes happen , i work in the food industry , but when i let another employee know the order was wrong she seemed rude about it and the employees just seemed like they didnt even want to be there and looked super annoyed. i will say the coffee was good so i might visit a different location next time. cinnamon roll was ok just a little pricey

Five Lakes is my favorite coffee chain. I love their iced lattés (with oat milk), plain or with flavor added. My favorite flavor is vanilla caramel. Their extra large is a really nice size! They also have really good iced tea, and they have a nice selection of teas to choose from. Their muffins are also great!

Five Lakes coffee is very good! Strong bold flavor with everything and anything you get. The cold brew is beyond smooth. I love that you can actually taste the coffee in whatever you get. Their breakfast sandwiches are also very good.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but the last couple months have been pretty bad. They don’t open the lobby, which is really annoying. The people who would actually want to get out of their car and be a customer has zero value anymore. They forgot my friends order of food which he sat there and waited for about 20 minutes before anybody even said anything to them. He had to get up and tell them. Kind of a bummer since this is super conveniently located. If you can’t afford to pay your people don’t open a franchise. It will become vacant by next year 100%

So my first time coming here. I dont care for Starbucks and I see high ratings. Place is very overrated.
No coffee paid 7 dollars for ice coffee with 2 flavors w/oats milk.You'd think ud come in with great service . The front cashier is the only person that does the best customer service/ punch card. Coffee I just paid for flavors and milk! Very upset! Id go to friendly fox and she tried to dup me for 4oz less and say it's a large when it says menu 24oz. On large showed her the large clear cup like I'm completely stupid saying ill give you this. There are only 3 cup sizes.
People know their measurements darling. And it's more iced. Please listen to the negative reviews before coming here. If there is black rifle coffee or human bean I'd go there anyday comparing here with flavor and espresso shots in it.
