Mama Mia's Pizza - Dupont

Called to place an order on a Friday night, non-holiday weekend.Online it says this place is open. Every time we have called to try this place out again, they close earlier and earlier. We've been told they are open until 9pm but stop taking orders (for carryout) at 7:30pm.Must be so successful that you stop doing business almost 2 hours before closing. Good job!Go to the other location in Fort Wayne, much better place and better hours.

I love the variety of pizza they make. It's always delicious and ready to go, when i get there for carry out.

I ordered the dream roll with toppings,and a pizza.You cannot get this quality of food really anywhere in FW. This place is a hidden gem.

My fiance and I always find ourselves coming back to Mama Mia's. We have tried other pizza places around town and different states but it's not like Mama pizza. Our favorite is the deep dish cheese. Today we called and they must have been busy but customer service was great. They called us back instead so we could place our order. When my fiance goes to pick it up they recognize him by face, always use his name to great him and they sometimes chat if they aren't to busy at that moment. I have tried all the subs by now. I enjoy a lot of them but roadkill is still my top favorite.

Combo pizza and poppers tasted like frozen food section items. Too much sauce, Italian sausage was good though.

My husband and I have tried them on a whim one time while we were in town and we have been going back ever since. Great food great people.

We try to eat locally as much as possible and found this locally owned carry-out/delivery only pizza spot recently. The staff are so, so friendly and the pizza is outstanding.

My son ordered 2 Italian sausage rolls about a week ago and they was almost inedible. we have ordered these in the past and was very happy with them but hadnt ordered in awhile but when we got this order the sausage was like rubber, very hard to chew and even harder to digest. We had stomach issues for a few days after eating this. I am not sure why they changed their sausage but unless they go back to what they had before or something better we will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza was delicious and prepared in a timely fashion. Pizza was done as promised and ready when I arrived to pick pizza up. Pizza was still hot when I arrived home.

Thin crust. 5 toppings. Very tasty. I will be back

Great sausage rolls and subs

I want to preface by saying I love Mama Mia's food, love that they are locally owned, and have been a long-time customer (over a decade). All of this is why I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 regarding my recent experience and their response to their error.I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. One of the pizzas was a specialty pizza that comes with your choice of 1 meat and I stated NO MEAT because of a vegetarian diet. I paid with my card, tipping well, and waited for the delivery. We received the order and the vegetarian pizza had ground sausage all over it. I called to let them know and asked for a refund for that pizza. The person who I explained the situation to said "hold on, let me get the person who took your order". He was the one who had taken our order and he transferred us to someone who did not take our order and all they said is "can I help you?" I re-explained the situation and they stated they would send a driver back out with our refund and to retrieve the incorrect pizza. I told him we had paid for it with a card and asked if it could be credited to my card. He said yes, but they wouldn't credit it until after they retrieved the incorrect pizza. I was hoping maybe they'd send a correct pizza with the driver because this was supposed to be my dinner, but no. The driver showed up and just took the pizza. Then, they called me and asked if I still wanted a refund. I told them definitely because the driver just picked up the pizza so they asked for my card information again to recredit it.This was a medium $13 pizza. The fact that they wasted my time to come retrieve the pizza, didn't bother sending a correct one, and then called to see if I still wanted a refund?? Honestly I've never had a worse reaction or resolution from a restaurant when they were told of their error. If I ever go back, it will be a long time. It was just ridiculous.
