I've been going to this place (Covington Road) for years and have had nothing but great experiences!
One time in winter, I ordered an iced coffee and they made it hot.
They were quick to make the same version iced.
Great coffee and great people!!!
They go the extra mile to make things right!
I want to love this coffee shop but have have multiple negative experiences and they’re never willing to make things right. Makes me sad as I want to support locally
I worked at both locations when they were still affiated a few years ago. I've held off making this review for some time but it actually keeps bothering me to this day what happened to me at the hands of the owners Brian and Rachel Till. I worked as a sandwich maker/baker. For the most part, the job itself was fine. I had a few complaints about the "head of the kitchen" but nothing too terrible.
