I ordered 2 pizzas ...one thin crust ... one regular crust ... when the delivery driver handed me the boxes they felt heavy and not normal so I opened both boxes and they put tons of exra cheese on both ... both pizzas are disgusting cold and not even cut properly....I called and was told with a attitude that I was a liar and she the manager needed to close up and couldn't deal with me at that moment .... I'm done with Papa Johns for ever !!
As I walked up to the door there was a young man with glasses by the cash register, he walked away from it didn’t look at me so hello or nothing he went around the corner. Then a young lady came up. I said Hello, she did not respond, she said “The name on the order” she got a little better at the end of the transaction.
