Pizza Hut in Fort Wayne

“My 4 year old and I have lunch here every Friday (often times I will stop through the week for a salad). We have never had a major complaint, and the waitress that always takes care of us is absolutely incredible. She deserves praise for how awesome she is. She is attentive, communicative, nice, polite, and cares about your experience. She makes for easy conversations, and always makes my 4 year old feel included and important. Lindsie (apologize if spelling is wrong) is her name, go see her!“

“Raising place to eat love the pizza cold Road always amazing people that atmosphere is always amazing. The food always delicious always love coming to piece of her every time I’m off of day work to come here they have a deal you get a size size salad, and a personal pizza for 1099 in a free drink. I would love that deal.“

“This is one of our favorite spots—we visit about 2-3 times a month. Usually, everything's great, but tonight was truly special! My dog was so excited he bolted out the door when I mentioned pizza—he knows they give out treats at the drive-thru! The staff was incredible with him, making him feel extra loved. When we got home, the pizza was absolutely fantastic—nothing short of perfect! Huge thanks to the entire team for making our experience truly exceptional!“

“I came in with a group of Memory care seniors, we seemed to have annoyed the server, I found it quite rude. It ended up getting better as our time went on . But I do believe the staff should be taught how to deal with seniors with memory issues .“

“Probably one of my favorite stores in FW! The store is always clean, service is always quick and I’ve never really had issues with my orders! I have found if something was forgotten (like a side sauce) or if they are running behind due to being busy, the managers always go above and beyond and offer something to sweeten the deal. The owner of this store is my favorite! Such a pleasant, sweet guy who goes above and beyond for his customers and employees! I’m always greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome.

“I ordered a taco pizza on the app, got there any somehow they gave my order to somebody else. No biggie, mistakes happen. I make my own share of mistakes too. They quickly remade my order plus gave me the guy's food who took mine by mistake. Very nice workers here. They seem to really care about making it right, and that means a lot.“

“I used to hate Pizza Hut but yall restored my faith. I don’t go to any other location though. I worked in pizza for 9 years as a GM and topping distribution is always my biggest pet peeve but yall got it good. Thank you for making pizza splendid you beautiful people“

“This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.

Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“

“Ordered pizza tonight and when I went to pick it up was told it was given to someone else. Without even being asked was offered the pizza’s to be made fresh and got a refund. Just want to thank the Manager Warren and the staff @ Southgate Pizza Hut. Didn’t have to give me a refund or be as polite but didn’t hesitate so I really appreciate it.“
