“A classically remodeled Pizza Hut. It was a great stop for lunch on a Saturday. Our server and the manager were very attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of throughout.
Dietary restrictions: GF crust is now available at this location, per AJ, the manager.“
“We called ahead on short notice to the Pizza Hut on Coldwater in Fort Wayne with a dine in order for 18 people, mostly teenagers. The whole crew and especially our server Rachel was AMAZING!! We were in and out in 30 minutes!! Food was fresh and hot and service was great. Thank you!!!“
“Pizza Hut has such high standards and the location by Southgate in Fort Wayne Indiana excels at every one of them. It is always super clean the staff always go above and beyond their expectations and the food is always hot fresh and tastes great.“
“What's up with the stupid issue of having two separate stereos going at the exact same time?!?! SERIOUSLY?! Rap and nasty Char at the same time?!?! And the last waitress was rude and disrespectful all because I politely asked her to clean my table cause it was dirty.“
“The service here has always been top notch imo. The one time I did have a mistake happen, the manager put a free pizza credit on my account. Another time, they ran out of the large pan pizza so they gave me two med pans in consolation.
They did tear down the old building and built a modern one. Still a couple places to sit inside and eat but it definitely focuses more on the delivery aspect now which is a bit sad. Think most people my age miss how the indoor Huts used to be. But that option is still there for people.
The food is very consistent imo which I attribute to how this particular franchise is run. Now, it is still chain pizza but it's a step above average I think. I also like that this location has a drive thru making carry out orders just that much easier and faster.“
“This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.
Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“
“This is Shelley Zehr I go to Pizza Hut West State quite a bit and I ask for the garlic cheese bread and I want it toasted on both sides. Sometimes they can and sometimes they can’t. It’s very frustrating. I make garlic cheese bread at home toasted on both sides with cheese.“
“I used to hate Pizza Hut but yall restored my faith. I don’t go to any other location though. I worked in pizza for 9 years as a GM and topping distribution is always my biggest pet peeve but yall got it good. Thank you for making pizza splendid you beautiful people“
“I ordered a taco pizza on the app, got there any somehow they gave my order to somebody else. No biggie, mistakes happen. I make my own share of mistakes too. They quickly remade my order plus gave me the guy's food who took mine by mistake. Very nice workers here. They seem to really care about making it right, and that means a lot.“
“Pizza Hut has excellent service, they answer the phone right away within a half hour they are able to deliver and the food is great and prices are very very affordable compared to other competitors who have at least an hour wait time or more.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramp is right at front door. Interior all on one floor. Restroom is handicap accessible.“
“My husband and I had the best dinning experience (anywhere) in a long time because of Faith! Faith was friendly, professional, kind and attentive. I hope Faith becomes a trainer for incoming serving staff for Pizza Hut, she is truly talented.“
