“Over the last week 7/6 & 7/13 my family and I have purchased two different orders from this location. Each time we have arrived to the drive thru window, we’ve been greeted by a friendly face. On 7/6 our order was placed at 10:43pm we arrived to our order being completed on time with the exception of our cheese cups, as they had used all of what was warm for part of our order but still needed to fill a couple additional cups. We were asked if we would be willing to wait and offered a fountain drink for that “inconvenience”. When we arrived home our food was still fresh and full of flavor.
On 7/13 we ordered again with a larger order to accommodate having 2 extra children at our home. When we arrived again we were greeted by the same friendly face. This time I made it appoint to let the woman at the window know she’s been a light of joy both times we have arrived. I found out she is the Assistant Manager and her name is Mary Beth. She ensured we had everything that was on our receipt, item for item. As well as spoke so respectfully to her staff and the communication with them was clear. Customer was at the window, you could hear another voice state they were finishing up saucing the wings and Mary Beth informing the employee he had time due to us still signing for payment. Our food was just a great as the last and especially for a larger order. As well as the customer service was superb.“
“Wanted to give praise where it’s due! We ordered carry out tonight and the guy that got our food for us, his name is Jason was absolutely awesome and pleasant as always! Our food was on point and I fed 4 people all for $34 ! We will definitely be back! Great Job🙂🎉🙂“
“Came to Pizza Hut for the lunch Pizza Buffet! Food was hot, fresh and buffet was kept clean and full! Our waitress was amazing! Debbie anticipated our needs, keeping drinks full, plates picked up and bill was delivered so we were able to pay as needed! She is super friendly and very good at her job. You can tell she is passionate about her job and serving her customers well! Thanks Debbie!!!“
