Pizza Hut in Indianapolis

“I didn’t catch her name but I’d assume she is the manager here, she went totally above & beyond by remaking my order after I was hours late to pickup my order (due to a car crash on my way) & when it was ready another guest canceled an already made order so she threw that in aswell!!!“

“Ordered online- only received half of my order. When I called in the Manager was apologetic, let me know he was working by himself But he did make it right and got the rest of my order delivered. It didn’t take very long and he was very kind. I really appreciate that! Food was great and family is happy.“

“We placed an order togo. Our order was ready on time. My husband said it is the cleanest pizza hut he has seen and the staff was super nice! Our pizza was absolutely delicious. Breadsticks a little skinny and smaller then they used to be but overall awesome experience!“

“Their was a tall black dude he was very nice he was professional as well the pizza was fresh and hot the toppings was just the right amount wasn’t skimpy either I normally have bad experiences with Pizza Hut but not this one I’ll actually order more pizza from this location only theirs a picture below but I already ate a few slices lmao“

“The lady working with colored hair is fantastic. She even opens the box to show you product ordered. Nobody opens the box as should so in my mind she goes above and beyond. She made my first Pizza Hut experience in Southport Indiana after my move. Clean place also!“

“I've been here three times now and do plan to return. The two guys I've dealt with inside have been very courteous and professional. The food has been fresh, hot, delicious, and always made right the 1st time. The location is in a small space which leaves it a little cramped to get into with a very limited parking lot with many holes in it. The inside is more designed for carry out only, no seating to eat there, but I think more confortable seating for the waiting area would be much appreciated. That's why I gave 2 starts on atmosphere. Overall I do like this Pizza Hut and have had good experiences so far.“

“We’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for over 10 years and it’s still our family’s go-to pizza spot.

Tonight they were absolutely slammed when I went to pick up my order. When I got home I realized my stuffed crust wasn’t stuffed (lol). I honestly figured with how busy they were there was no chance anyone would answer the phone.

But Marcus picked up, took the time to listen to what happened, and helped take care of it. That kind of customer service means a lot, especially on a hectic night.

Shout out to Marcus for pulling through. Experiences like that are why we keep coming back.“

“Ordered a lot of pizza and breadsticks ahead of time for my boy’s birthday party. Shelly called to let me know the order would be ready (10 mins prior to scheduled pick up.) They were quite busy when I got there, so I appreciated the heads up and promptness!“

“I placed an order through the app and got it for delivery. The delivery was done through a door dash driver, which is okay because lots of pizza places are doing that now. My dasher forgot to grab my wings off the counter when he got the rest of my food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was friendly and she made us a fresh order and sent it out through door dash. I was happy they were able to make it right. The food was also nice and hot when it got to us.“

“Had left a previous review 9yrs ago with four stars. Just deleted that so I could update with new info. We order around every other week for work. Some weeks are better than others which will happen. So overall keeping the same rating as I did prior.

But wanted to note to management to please make sure your sauce cups are filled to an appropriate level. Ordered extra (so a total of 4 cheese cups) and 3 of the 4 were less than half full :(“

“We did not get out food because the door dash driver gave it to some random kids in the lobby of the hotel we were staying at. He was told to deliver it to the room. When I reached out to the driver, he started quoting scripture to me. I called Pizza Hut and Jeremy canceled the delivery and offered to make our food again and deliver it himself. Jeremy is the only reason I am giving a 5 star review and I appreciate how hard he worked to fix this when it was completely out of his control. Thank you, Jeremy.“

“Speaking strictly as someone who only gets carryout from this location, I have not had any serious issues with my orders thus far. I vaguely recall once a topping on a pizza was missed, but that's it. The vast majority of the time, my orders come out as expected and on time.“
