Pizza Hut in Indianapolis

“after my experience at the other Emerson Pizza Hut, this was like a 5 star quality restaurant. The manager was super nice and understanding when there was a mishap and we will be coming back also the vibe here is immaculate, very homey and very warm“

“So DoorDash picked up the wrong order so DoorDash got are pizza wrong so we called Pizza Hut and they were super nice and kind. They got our order fixed and Daniel the manager got his cook to bring it for us. Nice fresh and hot. This service is the best. They also gave us extra breadsticks. This crew is amazing. “We placed an order togo. Our order was ready on time. My husband said it is the cleanest pizza hut he has seen and the staff was super nice! Our pizza was absolutely delicious. Breadsticks a little skinny and smaller then they used to be but overall awesome experience!“

“The lady working with colored hair is fantastic. She even opens the box to show you product ordered. Nobody opens the box as should so in my mind she goes above and beyond. She made my first Pizza Hut experience in Southport Indiana after my move. Clean place also!“

“I've been here three times now and do plan to return. The two guys I've dealt with inside have been very courteous and professional. The food has been fresh, hot, delicious, and always made right the 1st time. The location is in a small space which leaves it a little cramped to get into with a very limited parking lot with many holes in it. The inside is more designed for carry out only, no seating to eat there, but I think more confortable seating for the waiting area would be much appreciated. That's why I gave 2 starts on atmosphere. Overall I do like this Pizza Hut and have had good experiences so far.“

“We’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for over 10 years and it’s still our family’s go-to pizza spot.

Tonight they were absolutely slammed when I went to pick up my order. When I got home I realized my stuffed crust wasn’t stuffed (lol). I honestly figured with how busy they were there was no chance anyone would answer the phone.

But Marcus picked up, took the time to listen to what happened, and helped take care of it. That kind of customer service means a lot, especially on a hectic night.

Shout out to Marcus for pulling through. Experiences like that are why we keep coming back.“

“Ordered a lot of pizza and breadsticks ahead of time for my boy’s birthday party. Shelly called to let me know the order would be ready (10 mins prior to scheduled pick up.) They were quite busy when I got there, so I appreciated the heads up and promptness!“

“I placed an order through the app and got it for delivery. The delivery was done through a door dash driver, which is okay because lots of pizza places are doing that now. My dasher forgot to grab my wings off the counter when he got the rest of my food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was friendly and she made us a fresh order and sent it out through door dash. I was happy they were able to make it right. The food was also nice and hot when it got to us.“

“I’ve been to this Pizza Hut many times, and in the past there have been occasions where the pizza wasn’t fully done or the crust wasn’t made quite right. However, I have to say that on January 2nd around 5–6 PM, our experience was great. The pizza was delivered very fast, and it was tasty and delicious—truly reminded me of old-school Pizza Hut. Shout-out to the cook for doing an awesome job! The staff also provided great customer service. Much praise to everyone who worked that evening.“

“I don't leave reviews, normally. Im currently deployed in the military, and my wife is in the labor and delivery hospital in Indianapolis. I ordered pizza hut for her because that was what she wanted. Apparently somehow orders got mixed up and the wrong order was sent. The manager immediately called me and said that they were going to remake the order and send it back out. Had a whole fiasco with the deliveries through door dash and ended up just canceling the order altogether. The manager then proceeded to remake the order again, and delivered to my wife at the hospital personally!!! Never has anyone gone above and beyond to correct an issue the way she has, and guarantee a pregnant lady got the food she wanted!!! I cannot commend and thank her enough for the excellent customer service that she provided!!! So I just wanted to make sure she got some sort of recognition because the service industry is tiring and thankless enough!!!“

“Speaking strictly as someone who only gets carryout from this location, I have not had any serious issues with my orders thus far. I vaguely recall once a topping on a pizza was missed, but that's it. The vast majority of the time, my orders come out as expected and on time.“
