A driver in a blue SUV parked in a handicap spot(no plates or tags) so he could run inside easier. I do have have plates and couldn't utilize the spot because of this drivers insensitivity. He didn't care when asked. I couldn't park and went somewhere else since no parking was available for me. My mother has back issues and can't walk far at all.
Thank you Pizza Hut. I will be choosing Papa John's from now on.
