We have a dinner group for those w special needs that meets once a week on Tuesdays at a variety of restaurants in a years time and this week was Pizza Hut 😋 Right from the get go the NEW store manager Nate was very welcoming and accommodating, and shared of his aspirations for his store. Be aware of this pizza hutI ordered 4 pizzas tonight and inside one of the pizzas there was a cockroach cooked inside of it. I called up to inform them about it, and the manager hung up on me. I don't know what I should do now. I tried calling up 5 times and they doing the same thing. Wasted my money on pizzas that we never going to eat. They are so dirty inside there where they have cockroaches cooked into your Pizza. This place should be shut down.
Great customer service! I had an issue with how my pizza came out and the GM immediately offered to remake the pizza! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
