Placed an order online for carry out. When I arrived to pick up the order, the order was incorrect. Instead of remaking the order the employee cooked some toppings and placed them on top of the pizza. Keep in mind I ordered a dinner box which consisted two pizzas (one which was incorrect), pasta and breadsticks. They then agreed to remake the pizza. When I received the re-make order, I received two lukewarm pizzas (one with hot toppings), luke warm pasta, and luke warm bread sticks. This is the second time this location has messed up my order. I understand mistakes happen but this is becoming to be a bit excessive especially when they were not busy and were sitting down watching a football game when I arrived. In addition to this the employee seemed upset when I asked for a refund. I am not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut but I will not be returning. nor do I recommend this location.

I Had An Issue With My Order When Actually The Next Day I Found One Of The Issues Was My Mistake. The GM Dakota Reached Out To Me And Exceptional Service And Was Very Caring. Although One Of My Complaints Was From A Mistake I Made He Understood And Reassured Me Mistakes Happen And It Was Okay. I Appreciate Dakota A Lot Because He Was Patient And Super Sweet And Nice. This Is My Go To Pizza Hut And Im Glad They Have A GM Like Dakota.

It was delicious and my family loved it. The people who worked there were really kind! Overall heaven of pizza places! It was awesomeio. I would have tried the Cinnabon, but my uncle wouldn't let us get it. I bet the Cinnabon would have been just as delicious as the pizza. I loved this. Don’t order from here. They don’t have care and consideration to ensure your food is prepared or delivered correctly. They didn’t send an entire pizza with my order. They often don’t include my 2-liter when I order one. Plus, they use DoorDash for delivery, and they take no responsibility.Good luck getting ahold of the store. They don’t answer their phones because they have a phone answering service that takes their orders for them.I’m done ordering from them.

I've ordered from here almost weekly for quite awhile.....outta 30 times everything has been so yummy and only 1 time was my cheese sauces forgotten. And the pizza is always here promptly even on Fridays! Thank you 82nd. I AM ADDING THIS.......They use Door Dash fyi. The guy came last night and couldn't speak ANY English and tried to give me someone else's order! IF YOU WANT TO SUPPORT AMERICAN HIRE AMERICANS NOT THESE ILLEGALS! Dude prolly didn't even have a license. So Pizza Hut shame on you for outsourcing! Seriously considering spending my money elsewhere somewhere where OUR citizens can benefit from my generous tips.
Horrible! No professionalism at all! We took our son for a 530pm interview with Chustal Ford.upon arrival we saw her outside. She went into the restaurant right before we did. When we told the worker that we were there for an interview, he went to get her and came back and lied and said that she left because of an emergency. Mind you, she never walked passed us! We took off early from work to get our son to the interview on time, just for her to lie. Never again will we visit this Pizza Hut.

Very kind staff! The dining room is beautiful & clean. They have a nice size waiting area also if you don't want to sit at the tables while you wait for your pick up order. No waits to place orders & they work quick but make quality food. They put a good amount of sauce unlike most pizza huts. This is probably the best pizza hut I have had in a long time.

Not the best customer service, I'm sorry but the only employee working clothes was very filthy . When she brought us the food she just tossed the food on the table amd walk away , they had no cups , no water . Unfortunately will we will never return

HORRIBLE they had NO drink's or cups!Paid $50 for two pizzas didn't have seasoning for crust and had to go next door where I sent $14 for drinks at Taco Bell when I picked up my pizza I asked for parmesan cheese and red chili peppers which are normally free when you dine in and was told that it's $1.25 each you would think after all the inconvenience of their business having no drinks even cups for the last 2 lt. They had available and spending $50 for two pizzas that a few complimentary packets could have been givenI definitely Will Not be returning to this location! Waste of money and 1 ⭐ is too many for this establishment
