At the drive through- the speaker boxes are garbled at times. Thought there was an issue at the speaker box. At the window the associate was very quick to address our question and explained the confusion making everything right. That was stellar and the epitome of service for the customer. Misunderstandings, bad things can be a constant in life. Addressing the issue and letting the customer know you are there to help them and make it right gives you both the same goal. I used the drive thru. I totally spaced it was a Tuesday, yet the line moved quickly. I had no idea you got a free taco on Tuesday. Bonus! It had the Doritos hard shell and it was quite good! If you haven't already, try it!
