Very rude and unprofessional behavior of staff lady i went in drive threw and ordered my food then that lady said to me, wait for some time and move your car further then i went inside the store to make easy for her but that lady threw a my food bag on counter very hard if you can't respect your customers atleast do respect for food and 1 more thing customers also give to money they don't ask food in free so if you don't like your job then go home and do chill and relax

I picked up dinner for my family this evening at this location and the experience was a great one. Dani, our server was very helpful. Her attitude was so cool, that it was a pleasant surprise. We waited in the lobby for our food, which was clean. She made sure our order was correct and served our drinks.I would recommend this location if you want good food and great customer service.

Rude staff. When I didn't understand an order my sister-in-law wanted. You could hear the staff over the speaker getting pissed off and rude. Then a lady came to the window to tell me how to order. Highly unprofessional. I never write reviews, so that should say something.

Ordered nachos bel grande had one chips worth of beef literally, one chips worth of beans. A miniscule amount of sour cream. Than an outrageous amount of nacho cheese. If I'm paying 7 dollars for nachos I don't want to feel like I've been scammed.The cheesy double beef burrito I got had lettuce randomly throughout it which indicates the food prep line is a sloppy messIf you have a food allergy I'd street very clear as cross contamination seems to mean nothing to them

Ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza - basically-no beef. Just replace with beans. The person taking the order didn't understand. Finally got it correct.
At the drive through- the speaker boxes are garbled at times. Thought there was an issue at the speaker box. At the window the associate was very quick to address our question and explained the confusion making everything right. That was stellar and the epitome of service for the customer. Misunderstandings, bad things can be a constant in life. Addressing the issue and letting the customer know you are there to help them and make it right gives you both the same goal. Excellence!Dietary restrictions: I'm a type 1 diabetic. Many of their items fit well into my meal plan.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. To code.

I used the drive thru. I totally spaced it was a Tuesday, yet the line moved quickly. I had no idea you got a free taco on Tuesday. Bonus! It had the Doritos hard shell and it was quite good! If you haven't already, try it!
