Probably one of my favorite stores in FW! The store is always clean, service is always quick and I’ve never really had issues with my orders! I have found if something was forgotten (like a side sauce) or if they are running behind due to being busy, the managers always go above and beyond and offer something to sweeten the deal. This is Shelley Zehr I go to Pizza Hut West State quite a bit and I ask for the garlic cheese bread and I want it toasted on both sides. Sometimes they can and sometimes they can’t. It’s very frustrating. I make garlic cheese bread at home toasted on both sides with cheese.
Came in for a carryout order on July 3rd around 8:30 and they were extremely busy. The young man working the counter and drive through was very helpful and friendly in regards to a mistake I made when placing my order. Everyone was polite and the food was great but this individual has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and remained calm and collected in the very high energy environment.
