Why did we wait an hour when there were 15+ empty tables in the restaurant? Our server was amazing but waiting for an hour on a Monday? for lunch? Not impressed.
Ate last night at the Glenbrook mall location in Fort Wayne and the manager (Louie) was rude. Our food came out at two different times several minutes apart and my order was incorrect. When he brought out my corrected burger he said that it was my fault because even ordering it plain it still came the way it was originally sent out and he turned and walked away so quickly I couldn't even respond.
