Table service was awesome. The host was friendly, helpful and polite. My food was served hot and fresh and delicious.
Coffee was luke warm at best. When I took it back to the counter and told the young lady, she told me that that's the way it came and there is nothing she could do. She said that I could BUY another one.
During the day and afternoon is great just come here during 3rd shift till they fix the issue with some of the employees just being honest unless u like being treated disrespectful and getting nasty fois

The McDonald's restaurant offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options, with the hash browns being described as good. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel is not as well-received. The restaurant is praised for its quick service, with online orders being ready on time and minimal wait when ordering in-person. Despite occasional technical issues with the app, the employees are commended for their calm and patient attitudes, even when dealing with upset customers. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a local vibe and regional menu items like the Midwest BBQ Bacon Burger and Midwest Apple Turnover. However, some customers have reported poor customer service, particularly at the front counter, where staff may ignore or fail to acknowledge customers. Overall, McDonald's is seen as a reliable and efficient dining choice, with a mix of positive and negative experiences.
