Best Pakoras we have ever had.
Garlic naan was exceptional.
We have eaten Indian food all over Indiana and this dinning experience was wonderful. Our main dishes were delicious, spice levels were on par with what we ordered. But I will be thinking about those pakoras and craving them, perfectly fried and crispy, perfect salt and spice levels and the sauce was amazing.

Saffron offers a wonderful, high quality food experience in a clean, welcoming location with friendly staff. The food is spectacular, vibrant, and flavorful, with everything tasting incredibly fresh, well-balanced, and intentional. Guests can expect a memorable dining experience with genuinely thoughtful and personal service, as owners spend time at tables discussing the menu and tailoring dishes.
The menu features a variety of options, including perfect vegetarian choices like saag paneer and aloo gobi at medium spice. The Amritsari Kulcha Chana, a stuffed bread with potatoes served with chickpeas, is impressively presented. Other standouts include chili chicken with egg fried rice, seekh kebab, and ginger chai. The fusion menu is described as fun and not the same basic stuff seen everywhere.
The atmosphere ties it all together, with a super cute space featuring stylish decor and a fun, modern energy with a cool Punjabi pop vibe, making the place feel lively but not distracting. The facility is clean, pristine, and bright. While dinner can have up to an hour wait, this is seen as a testament to how good the place is. The value is fantastic, with surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality of food and level of service.
