Took my grandson to Starbucks for his birthday. The barista who took our order was very helpful and amazing. My grandson and I sat down while we were waiting on our drinks, and another barista delivered them to our table. Love my Starbucks!!!
Update 6/29/24: It appears they increased their efforts to have a clean lobby, and now know how to make a dark roast americano just fine. The past few visits have been better. Changed to 4 stars. Old review: Asked for a dark roast pour over because every time I ask for a dark roast americano, they look at me like I'm a space alien. Wanted a 12 ounce with room. I got a 16 ounce with no room. Had to pour some in the trash to make room. I was there with someone and we had to...
