“Typically good but went there the other night and staff didn't know how to work as a team. Everyone just worried about their little part and didn't care to help others that were falling behind. Ended up waiting for about 20 minutes for our food and still had to have something remade cuz it just plain looked disgusting.

“I like Wendy's a lot. My staple I order is usually 2 Jr Bacon Cheesebugers, with Mayo on both sides of the bun.
Lately, all the other Wendy's , I have gone to, except this one and the one on Dupont and Coldwater Rd. Do it, my way. I don't know why the other ones don't get it right... they just thron a blob of mayo, they don't get it. Anyhow, this one got it right. 1st time visit. I am impressed. I travel around the NE top side of Indiana & I visit the Wendy's all over the area.
So, I keep on trying. One more comment.
I have to admit, I love the chocolate Frosty, for the $ 1.00 special.. great move, Wendy's !
So, to the lazy ones, I learned my lesson, I will usually pass you by and wait and go on to the ones,I know that do... it right!“
“They kept serving drive thru customers and skipping lobby customers I didn’t say anything because it was very busy. They time them in drive thru how fast they are getting customers out of line even if they pull you forward it’s to keep there times down management get bonuses for good times so of course drive thru goes first. Fast food restaurants need to change this policy.“
“I have food allergy. Not much I can get. But I was craving their frosty. Lady in drive through had attitude, but when I pulled forward their was a guy I am assuming was manager. He was really nice and handed me my water and Frosty and told me it was free!! I was shocked and thank full but being me said "you sure?"“

“It sadly took forever to get through the line, and they were not busy at all (not just saying this, have years and years of foodservice experience) The cashier had ZERO enthusiasm to be there, dropped stuff out the pick up window and made me ask like 3 times to replace, and the food was cold by the time we got it! Almost a 30$ order! I've always had a great experience at this establishment until this visit.“

“This is my favorite location! The only issue I have is with one employee. The 1st encounter I had with her I was waiting for a mobile order. They hadn't received it. I'm just standing there waiting for it and she is just STARING at me. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she was just staring creepily at me without saying a word! The next 3 visits she walks around the lobby just talking non stop. I am currently sitting at a table with my son trying to enjoy our meal and she walked right behind me to plug her device in and set it next to me on the windowsill. She is currently walking behind me back and forth to unplug and plug in different devices and is trying to look at my phone as I'm typing this. I told her she needs to wait until we are done but....
She is making us really uncomfortable and my heart is racing. This is just unacceptable.“
