If I could give 0 stars!!! Just don’t bother going here. You’ll be disappointed beyond measure. My family stopped here after making a 3-hour trip. The kid tells us they’re about to drop fries and asks if we could wait. OF COURSE, I’ll wait for fresh fries! Y’all, we waited longer than the time given and ended up with old, hard, and overcooked fries. They got me excited for fresh, hot, fries to only break my heart. Save yourself the irritation. Don't know what was going on tonight but almost 30 minutes waiting for food that was ordered online and asked to pull into the parking lot. So I waited. After a while, no one was left in line or waiting but us, so I went in and had to ask for my order. No one at register. An employee had finally asked me if I was waiting for something and got my order. Then someone from back says, "It's all there!" Not a good experience.

What a dump. We ordered 2 Son of Baconator meals. They brought the fries right up and they just sat there getting cold. The burgers came up 4-5 minutes later. The kitchen staff, INCLUDING the MANAGER carried on loudly, airing their dirty laundry. Very unprofessional. This Wendy's is the bottom of the barrel. We will not be back.
